PhillyCAM presents WPPM 106.5 FM's 2026 Fund Drive: Wednesday, May 27th - Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026
Join us in raising $20,000 in funds for our non-commercial, community radio station as we approach 10 years on the air! During the week, we'll celebrate WPPM and rally support with special programming, live remote broadcasting and in-person events!
Whether we need cutting-edge software or on-the-fly repairs, your support will help cover these costs, sustaining the people-powered programming coming out of our station. Your gift will support updates and maintenance for our transmitter, antenna, tower, emergency alert system, turntables, radio board, remote broadcast tools, and other studio equipment.

*Donation pledges at the Supporter level and higher are able to submit a written message that will be read on–the-air during the following day's Fund Drive Update (12-1pm) by a host, live and in-studio. Tune in as WPPM staff and hosts introduce the latest People Powered Sounds episode featuring local magical folk fourpiece band Terra Cotta! Preview special programming planned for the week including Fund Drive exclusive shows, highlights, and games with featured live guests!
Fund Drive Daily Updates
Daily from 12-1pm from Wednesday, May 27th - Wednesday, June 3rd
Every day of the 2026 Fund Drive from 12pm-1pm, WPPM will broadcast an hour-long Fund Drive Daily Update featuring highlights, interviews, games, Aficionado/Radiohead/Amplifier tier shoutouts, and donation milestones!
People Powered Porchfest: Live from West Philly with EDO & Dr. Ketchup!
Saturday, May 30th (3:30-6:00pm broadcast) at 4703 Baltimore Avenue
On Saturday, May 30th, WPPM will broadcast from West Philly Porchfest, a DIY neighborhood-wide music festival, to host and broadcast live music right from Baltimore Ave! We’re excited to feature EDO and Dr. Ketchup as well as some tracks spun by our own WPPM DJs.

Looking Forward: A Special Fundraiser for WPPM 106.5 FM
Tuesday, June 2nd (3:00pm-6:00pm, live show starting at 4:00pm)
Jeff Abramowitz—PhillyCAM board member and host of Looking Forward—will lead a two-hour live episode in the PhillyCAM Main Studio, bringing together guests from his seven-year run to discuss how Looking Forward has supported their lives and careers along with friends, family, and colleagues.
